1. Acceptance of training engagement terms
By requesting information about Flare Ignite cohorts (“Services”), you acknowledge that enrollment decisions remain subject to written confirmation issued by authorized staff. Visiting flare-ignite.pro does not constitute a binding contract absent an executed enrollment agreement.
2. Eligible participants
Services target professional cohorts headquartered or operating principally in Korea with English-language facilitation needs. You warrant that attendee contact details shared with us relate to lawful business engagements and exclude minors below sixteen without verified guardian consent.
3. Intellectual property and materials
All syllabi templates, facilitation scripts, and playback annotations remain Flare Ignite property unless separately licensed in writing. You may not sublicense materials to unnamed third parties nor remove attribution blocks embedded in downloadable PDFs.
4. Participant conduct obligations
Harassment, discriminatory commentary, or recording private breakout rooms without unanimous consent terminates access without reimbursement except where mandated consumer laws apply.
5. Disclaimer of speculative outcomes
Training describes operational habits and rehearsals. Nothing on this site predicts revenue, impressions, promotions, or market reception. Satisfaction metrics referenced in testimonials reflect experiential feedback—not guaranteed performance deltas.
6. Limitation of liability
Where permitted under Republic of Korea law, aggregate liability capped at tuition actually remitted during the disputed twelve-month period. Consequential damages tied to reputational fluctuations are excluded.
7. Governing law and venues
These terms adhere to statutes within the jurisdiction of Seoul Central District courts unless superseded by mandatory protections for Korean consumers exercising rights under consumer protection statutes.
8. Termination and revisions
We may postpone cohorts owing to facilitator health or regulatory guidance. Revised terms publish with updated “last amended” timestamps; continued enrollment after fourteen days signifies acceptance absent written objection routed to compliance@flare-ignite.pro.
