Tuition quotations cover listed facilitation blocks, circulated PDFs, and mentor critiques described per course dossier unless addenda specify otherwise.
2. Eligibility overview
Domestic purchasers may cancel within fourteen days from contract signing absent consuming digital modules beyond supplied orientation packets.
3. Full reimbursement windows
Unused seats cancelled ≥21 days before onsite kickoff garner full reimbursement minus ₩35,000 processing charge clearly itemized.
4. Partial reimbursements
Cancellations 8–20 days before start retain 65% refundable balance reflecting locked facilitator travel retainers.
5. Non-refundable items
Couriered wall calendars already shipped plus bespoke translation worksheets ordered after onboarding fall outside reimbursement unless defective.
6. Initiation pathway
Email billing@flare-ignite.pro including cohort SKU, attendee roster, rationale. Investigations conclude within twelve business days.
7. Regulatory acknowledgements
